It is my pleasure as President of Inspiring Minds to send a special thank you to everyone who’s helped make this “idea” come to life.  A lot of thought and effort was put into making this organization happen, and I would like to take the time to thank everyone who made this a success.

First and foremost I have to thank God, who is the head of my life, for placing this vision inside of me and trusting me with the many lives that He has been able to touch through me.  Each day I am still amazed at how what used to be an idea has grown into what you see today.

Second, I have to thank my team, La Tasha, Carl, Lanelle, Carlson and each committee member.  You all have made each dream a reality.  Your humbleness has allowed us not only to learn from our mistakes, but grow closer together as a family.

I would like to thank our sponsors and patrons.  Every penny, and every minute is greatly appreciated.  Your contributions play a big role in our success, and we hope that you experience the same satisfaction we do in giving to others.  We appreciate your participation in helping Inspiring Minds reach its goals and look forward to working with you in the future.

To each applicant and student, DREAM BIG, DEFINE YOUR OWN SUCCESS, and remember that there are NO LIMITS and NO BOUNDARIES to what you can accomplish in life.  Although we cannot recognize each of you individually, you all should be proud of what you’ve accomplished thus far.  You are the students of today, and future of tomorrow.  Never forget where you come from, don’t let anything or anyone come between you and your goals, and give more than you receive. 

Last but not least, I have to thank all of our venues, chaperones, volunteers, partners, friends and family.  None of this would be possible without all of you.
